Tech startup, Otter, was different from the other food startups. Rather than giving restaurants one more hoop to jump through, Otter existed to make their lives easier.
Having grown from its humble beginnings as a food delivery manager to becoming an entire ecosystem of software and hardware solutions for restaurants, the brand needed to reintroduce itself and its mission.
I began by defining the brand foundations: narrative, positioning, voice, tone, value proposition, etc. Then I optimized the marketing funnel across customer touchpoints and created 43 new web pages and 12 brand and product videos to coincide with the brand's major product launch.
